ESTIMATEFLOW PRO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

EstimateFlow Pro Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ServiceWebBuilder.com, purchases of EstimateFlow Pro, and related support and services.

Effective date: August 14, 2026  |  Last updated: August 14, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between Service Web Builder (“Service Web Builder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and each visitor, customer, purchaser, or user (“you” or “your”). They govern access to ServiceWebBuilder.com, purchases and renewals, EstimateFlow Pro support, and other interactions with us.

By accessing the website, completing a purchase, creating an account, downloading EstimateFlow Pro, or requesting support, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the product.

2. Incorporated Policies

The following policies are part of these Terms:

If specific checkout details conflict with general website wording, the checkout details control for that transaction. The License Terms control questions about permitted plugin use, and the Refund Policy controls refund eligibility.

3. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. If you act for a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, account, and support information. You may not impersonate another person, use payment information without authorization, or use the website or product for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

4. Product Information and Availability

EstimateFlow Pro is a downloadable WordPress estimate-calculator and lead-capture plugin for service businesses. Its current documented features are described on the Features page, Documentation page, and Live Demo.

We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features, documentation, or product availability. Draft ideas, roadmap discussions, demonstrations, screenshots, and support conversations are not promises that a future feature will be released. EstimateFlow Pro does not replace final business review, inspection, contracting, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, payment processing, bookkeeping, or legal compliance.

5. Pricing, Orders, and Payment

The EstimateFlow Pro Single-Site License is currently offered at $49 per year. The price, website allowance, billing period, included services, renewal terms, and applicable taxes shown during checkout are the controlling purchase details.

You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method submitted at checkout for the displayed amount. We may reject or cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing or technical error, unauthorized resale, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel a completed order for one of these reasons and retain no valid charge, access to associated downloads, updates, licenses, and support may end.

We do not store full payment-card details when payment processing is handled by an independent payment provider.

6. Annual Renewal and Cancellation

The Single-Site License renews annually at $49 unless canceled before the next renewal date. When automatic renewal is enabled at checkout, you authorize the payment method on file to be charged at the beginning of each renewal term.

You may cancel using the method provided in your account or purchase receipt, or through Contact Support before renewal is processed. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not retroactively cancel the current paid term or automatically create a refund.

After the paid term expires, the installed plugin may continue working in its last installed form, but updates, new downloads, and customer support end. Continued compatibility, security, and operation after expiration are not guaranteed.

7. License to Use EstimateFlow Pro

Purchasing EstimateFlow Pro grants a limited license; it does not transfer ownership of the plugin. The current Single-Site License permits installation and use on one production WordPress website, with unlimited estimators on that licensed website.

Complete permitted-use rules, staging-site treatment, restrictions, ownership provisions, expiration consequences, and prohibited redistribution are stated in the EstimateFlow Pro License Terms.

8. Refunds

Eligible original purchases may be submitted for review within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Refund approval is not automatic and depends on the requirements, troubleshooting process, exceptions, and request procedure in the Refund Policy.

Annual renewal charges are normally non-refundable after processing, except for qualifying billing errors, duplicate charges, cancellation-system failures, or rights provided by applicable law. Cancellation alone does not create a refund.

9. Downloads, Updates, and Support

An active license includes access to available EstimateFlow Pro downloads, updates, and reasonable customer support during the active annual term.

Support covers documented installation, configuration, and product features. It does not include custom development, custom design, pricing strategy, content entry, hosting administration, website-security recovery, theme repair, third-party plugin repair, or management of your customers or business.

You are responsible for maintaining backups and a safe testing process before installing or updating WordPress software. We may require reasonable diagnostic information and troubleshooting before determining whether a reported issue originates in EstimateFlow Pro.

10. Accounts and Security

If an account, download link, or license credential is issued, you are responsible for keeping it confidential and for activity performed through it. Notify us promptly if you reasonably believe access has been compromised.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, private license credentials, or unnecessary private customer data through support forms or ordinary email. We may suspend access when necessary to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, or a security threat.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website, support channels, downloads, license system, or EstimateFlow Pro to:

  • Violate law, another party’s rights, or these Terms.
  • Commit fraud, impersonate another person, or submit unauthorized payment information.
  • Distribute malware, probe security, bypass access controls, overload systems, scrape protected areas, or interfere with normal operation.
  • Share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post plugin files or license credentials except as expressly permitted.
  • Collect or use personal information unlawfully or without required notices and consent.
  • Send abusive, threatening, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful content.
  • Misrepresent preliminary calculator guidance as a guaranteed final price when material facts remain unverified.

12. Your Website and Customer Responsibilities

You control the estimator questions, choices, pricing adjustments, preliminary ranges, disclaimers, and customer communications used on your website. You are responsible for their accuracy, legality, accessibility, and suitability for your business.

You are responsible for reviewing submitted requests and confirming final scope, price, taxes, availability, terms, and service eligibility. You must provide required privacy notices and obtain appropriate permission for personal information and project-photo uploads. You are also responsible for your website’s hosting, backups, security, WordPress maintenance, email delivery, and compliance with laws applicable to your business and customers.

13. Intellectual Property

Service Web Builder and its licensors retain ownership of EstimateFlow Pro, the website, documentation, branding, designs, protected code, and related materials, except for third-party components governed by their own licenses.

You retain ownership of original business content, questions, price information, and customer materials that you lawfully enter or collect. You grant us only the limited rights reasonably necessary to process support requests, operate purchased services, protect systems, and comply with law.

WordPress is a registered trademark of the WordPress Foundation. EstimateFlow Pro and Service Web Builder are independently developed and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the WordPress Foundation.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The website or product may interact with or link to third-party services, including WordPress, hosting providers, email systems, payment processors, themes, plugins, browsers, and external websites. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party availability, security, pricing, changes, content, compatibility, or conduct. A link or compatibility reference does not constitute endorsement or a guarantee of continued integration.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website, EstimateFlow Pro, downloads, documentation, and support are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every environment, complete security, or suitability for every workflow.

We do not guarantee leads, sales, conversions, revenue, search rankings, customer accuracy, pricing accuracy, email delivery, or any particular business result. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Service Web Builder and its owners, employees, contractors, licensors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, customers, goodwill, or business opportunities; website downtime; security incidents; or claims arising from customer-submitted information, preliminary calculator results, or your final business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from the website, product, support, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Service Web Builder during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Service Web Builder and its owners, employees, contractors, licensors, and suppliers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms or the License Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, customer-data practices, estimator content, pricing representations, or services provided to your customers.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate website access, downloads, updates, support, or license services when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, charge reversal, fraud, unauthorized distribution, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms. When practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a curable violation.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other terms that should reasonably survive will remain effective.

19. Governing Law and Informal Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a legal claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. Send a written description of the issue, relevant order information, requested resolution, and a reliable reply address through Contact Support. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief when reasonably necessary to protect rights, systems, confidential information, or intellectual property.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, payment, business, security, or legal changes. The updated page will show a revised last-updated date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless another result is required by law. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

21. General Provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or transfer of the product or business.

These Terms, incorporated policies, and transaction-specific checkout details constitute the entire agreement concerning the covered subject matter and replace prior inconsistent statements concerning that subject.

22. Contact

For questions about these Terms, a purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, license, or support request, use the EstimateFlow Pro Contact Support page. Do not include passwords, complete payment-card details, private license credentials, or unnecessary customer information.
