ESTIMATEFLOW PRO LICENSE TERMS
EstimateFlow Pro License Terms
These License Terms explain how you may install and use the EstimateFlow Pro WordPress plugin, what is included during the one-year license term, and what happens when the license expires or is manually renewed.
Effective date: August 14, 2026 | Last updated: September 2, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These License Terms form an agreement between Service Web Builder (“Service Web Builder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person or business purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using EstimateFlow Pro (“you” or “licensee”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using EstimateFlow Pro, you agree to these License Terms.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the plugin. These terms apply together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
2. License Grant
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, Service Web Builder grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use EstimateFlow Pro on one WordPress website.
You may create unlimited estimators within that one licensed website. A staging or local-development copy used solely to test the licensed production website is permitted, provided it is not operated as a separate public website or used for another business.
Each additional production website requires its own valid single-site license.
3. License Price and Manual Renewal
The EstimateFlow Pro Single-Site License costs $49 for one year and covers one WordPress website. The license does not renew automatically, and Service Web Builder will not automatically charge your payment method for a renewal.
After the one-year license term, you may choose to purchase a manual renewal for $49 to receive another year of available plugin updates, new downloads, and customer support. If you do not manually renew, no renewal purchase or charge will occur.
Taxes, when applicable, may be added during checkout.
4. Updates, Downloads, and Support
An active license includes access to available EstimateFlow Pro updates, plugin downloads, and customer support for the active annual license term.
Support covers reasonable assistance with plugin installation, configuration, and documented EstimateFlow Pro features. Support does not include custom website development, custom coding, third-party plugin repair, theme repair, hosting administration, content entry, pricing-strategy advice, or recovery of a compromised website.
We may release maintenance, security, compatibility, and feature updates at our discretion. New features are not guaranteed, and continued compatibility with every future WordPress, PHP, browser, theme, or third-party plugin version cannot be promised.
5. License Expiration and Manual Renewal
Because renewal is manual, there is no automatic renewal to cancel. If you do not purchase a renewal, the paid license term expires at the end of its one-year period.
After expiration, the installed plugin may continue working in its last installed form. However, access to future updates, new downloads, and customer support ends when the paid license term expires. We do not guarantee that an expired installation will remain compatible, secure, or functional with future changes to WordPress, PHP, browsers, themes, hosting environments, or other plugins.
You may manually purchase a $49 renewal for another year of available updates, new downloads, and customer support. Refund requests for a purchase or manual renewal are governed by the published Refund Policy.
6. Permitted Business Use
You may use EstimateFlow Pro on the licensed website to create customer-facing estimate, price-guidance, cost-calculator, quote-request, and lead-capture workflows for your own business or the business that owns the licensed website.
If you are a developer or agency installing the plugin for a client, the license must remain assigned to the permitted website. Your purchase does not give you the right to reuse the plugin across additional client websites.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Install or activate the single-site license on more than one production website.
- Sell, share, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, upload, publish, or provide the plugin files or license credentials to another person or business.
- Offer EstimateFlow Pro as a standalone downloadable product or include it in a competing plugin package.
- Remove or alter copyright, ownership, license, or attribution notices contained in the plugin files.
- Use the plugin or license system to violate law, infringe another party’s rights, distribute malware, collect information unlawfully, or mislead customers.
- Circumvent license limits, access controls, update controls, or other technical protections.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive protected source components except to the limited extent such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
8. Ownership and Intellectual Property
EstimateFlow Pro is licensed, not sold. Service Web Builder and its licensors retain all ownership rights in the plugin, documentation, branding, designs, protected code, and related materials, except for third-party components governed by their own licenses.
Your business retains ownership of the questions, answer choices, pricing information, customer content, uploaded files, and other original information you enter or collect through your licensed website.
WordPress is a registered trademark of the WordPress Foundation. EstimateFlow Pro and Service Web Builder are independently developed and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the WordPress Foundation.
9. Customer Data and Website Responsibilities
You are responsible for your WordPress website, hosting, backups, security, privacy notices, consent language, email delivery, accessibility, legal compliance, customer communications, and the accuracy of your estimator questions and pricing rules.
EstimateFlow Pro provides business-controlled preliminary guidance. You are responsible for reviewing each request and confirming final scope, availability, pricing, taxes, terms, and service eligibility. Do not present an automated preliminary range as a guaranteed final quote when important facts remain unverified.
You are also responsible for obtaining appropriate permission to collect, store, use, and delete customer information and uploaded project photos.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility, deadlines, exclusions, and the request process are governed exclusively by the EstimateFlow Pro Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase. Choosing not to renew does not create a refund for the current paid license term.
11. Availability and Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EstimateFlow Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every environment, immune from security threats, or suitable for every business workflow.
We do not guarantee leads, sales, conversions, rankings, revenue, customer accuracy, pricing accuracy, or any particular business result. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Service Web Builder and its owners, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, customers, or business opportunities; website downtime; security incidents; or claims arising from customer-submitted information or your pricing decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total liability arising from EstimateFlow Pro or these License Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable license during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend update, download, support, or license access if payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or overdue, or if you materially violate these terms. When practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a curable violation.
Upon termination for a material violation, you must stop using and distributing any unauthorized copies. Sections concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.
14. Changes to These License Terms
We may update these License Terms to reflect product, business, security, or legal changes. The updated page will display a revised last-updated date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless a different result is required by law. Your continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
15. General Terms
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer or assign the license without our written consent. We may assign these terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the product or business.
These License Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference and the purchase details shown at checkout, form the entire agreement concerning your EstimateFlow Pro single-site license.
16. Contact
For license, manual-renewal, expiration, or support questions, use the EstimateFlow Pro Contact Support page. Do not include passwords, private license credentials, payment-card information, or other sensitive information in a support message.
